The web site is free to use by anyone. You don’t need to become a member to browse through our stock list and check the prices. The web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is constantly updated with new stock.
Step 1 - From the first page you will be able to search for your vehicle from the category list, or submit a key word for simple search or advanced searching. Explanations of the grading system, importing system, information about Nichibo, etc. can also be found on every page of the web site as you surf through it.
Step 2- Check the details of the vehicles. You can move your cursor over the abbreviations to see the full names of the options and details displayed. The prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and represent the cost of the vehicles only. The total cost including freight and insurance can be viewed on the following page.
Step 3 – Click on the “view” button beside the vehicle listed to see photos, and more details of the vehicle. This page will also display a “no-obligation” total cost calculator, and “order” button for completing your details. Click on the photos to make them larger for better viewing. You can also e-mail this page with the photos and details to your family, friends, or even to yourself.
- The total cost button will show you how much you need to pay Nichibo to secure your vehicle. It is for reference only and no commitment is required.
- Select the country of destination and the appropriate port from the drop down boxes.
- The cost of freight will be automatically calculated for each vehicle on the list.
- You can also select insurance, stereo installation, etc. which are purely optional.
- The total price displayed will always be in U.S. Dollar currency.
Step 4 – Click on the order form button to complete your order form. If you are a current member log in with your password details. New visitors need simply to complete the order form details as directed and membership will automatically be arranged for you.
- Please check the details you type for any errors before submitting.
- You must complete at least the fields marked “mandatory”.
- Select insurance, stereo installation, etc. as you see fit. These items are optional only and not necessary to select if you do not require them. Please read the notes about insurance, however as you will find it is more of a necessity than an option. Shipping accidents don’t occur often, but they do occur. Better to be safe than sorry.
- Click on the “submit” button when you have completed all the “mandatory” information.
- A copy of the invoice will appear automatically after clicking on the submit button. You can print this invoice immediately so you can arrange for payment. Another copy of the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address as registered.
Step 5 – You can close the window for the invoice and log out of the web site if you have finished, or begin searching for another vehicle.
Step 6 – You will receive log in details to your registered e-mail address after completing the order form for the first time. Please take a note of your log in details for future use of our web site.
Step 7 – The advantages of logging in to our web site are as follows:
- Not necessary to complete the order form details for each subsequent order
- Records of your purchases will be available on line
- Tracking of your vehicle will be available on line.
