Dear James,
Just to tell you that yesterday Rodrigues drove the car together with me from the port to the customs parking.
The car really looks good and Rodrigues liked it a lot and I liked it also. Rodrigues was smelling and watching the car as if he found the perfect partner for life other than his wife....
So the procedures will continue until he puts the car is his house...or bed. I really don't know at this point.
